Zoomlion Strengthens International After-Sales Service Amid Summer Challenges
Zoomlion has bolstered its international after-sales service network and parts supply to address demanding summer conditions and ensure customer support across global markets.

Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has reinforced its international after-sales service operations to support customers operating under challenging summer conditions. The company's service teams have been active in various international markets, providing equipment delivery, emergency repairs, compliance work, and trade show assistance.
In Europe, Zoomlion's service efforts have focused on delivering equipment and performing maintenance amidst high summer temperatures. In the Netherlands, a ZCT100 crane was delivered under difficult heat conditions, and compliance adjustments and maintenance were performed on a ZAT1600E all-terrain crane to meet local RDW regulations. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, a Zoomlion engineer responded to a boom failure on a ZAT1200 crane at a chemical plant, swiftly repairing the equipment and minimizing downtime.
The company is also expanding its localized service network and spare parts availability across Europe, providing heat protection gear and logistical support to frontline teams in hot climates. Trade show support was also provided in Zaragoza, Spain, where service engineers assisted with equipment setup and commissioning.
Beyond Europe, Zoomlion's service campaign extended to Saudi Arabia, where a tower crane safety training program was conducted for 23 site personnel at the Seven project in Dammam. This initiative aimed to enhance safety awareness and standardize operational practices.
Zoomlion plans to further strengthen its global service network, spare parts capabilities, and local teams to offer reliable product lifecycle support and added value to its worldwide customer base.
