Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries (ZPMC) hosted an industry outreach event on September 22 in preparation for the China International Import Expo (CIIE). The event convened delegates from major Chinese corporations, including Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC), China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC), and China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC).
The gathering highlighted ZPMC's capabilities in port machinery, offshore equipment, steel structures, and smart ports. Discussions centered on industry trends and business cooperation opportunities. Nearly 30 CIIE exhibitors and ZPMC partners, including several Fortune Global 500 companies, participated in the event.
ZPMC has attended every CIIE since its inception, marking eight consecutive appearances. The cumulative value of its purchasing agreements at the expo exceeds $2.6 billion. The company plans to participate in the upcoming ninth edition in November to further its trade and business collaborations.
