Carrion takes over the role from Christopher Finlay, who will move to become Founder and Executive Chairman after nearly five decades with the company.
Carrion's appointment signals a leadership transition aimed at driving the company's expansion, particularly in its senior housing platform, Aviva Senior Living. He will be responsible for the strategic direction and continued growth of Lloyd Jones and its subsidiaries. Finlay, in his new capacity, will focus on long-term strategy and guide the company through acquisitions and development initiatives.
