Available roles include school bus drivers, with an hourly wage of $30.23–$37.33, and bus attendants, earning $20.10–$30.00 per hour. Zum also offers benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans, along with guaranteed daily hours and a fleet of modern, air-conditioned buses.
The company emphasizes its technology, which includes a driver tablet with navigation and operational tools, and a system that provides families with real-time transportation updates. Zum currently serves over 6,500 schools across 18 states with its Connected Mobility Experience platform.
